Meet Our Therapists
At Behold Counseling, we believe lasting healing happens when people feel deeply seen, understood, and emotionally safe. Our therapists are united by an attachment-based, trauma-informed approach that helps individuals and couples move beyond surviving to experience greater connection, resilience, and hope. While each therapist brings their own style and specialized training, you'll find the same compassionate, evidence-based care across our practice.
Our Services

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Many clients come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of overthinking, panic, emotional reactivity, or grief. Together we explore the patterns beneath these experiences while helping the nervous system develop greater stability and regulation.
Common experiences we work with:
• Panic attacks or persistent anxiety
• Overthinking and mental rumination
• Emotional overwhelm or shutdown
• Difficulty understanding or managing emotions
• Relationship patterns that feel hard to change
COUPLES THERAPY
Couples therapy for partners who feel stuck in painful interaction cycles — where one partner pursues, the other withdraws, and both feel increasingly misunderstood.
Couples often seek therapy when they notice:
• Arguments that escalate quickly or repeat
• One partner pursuing while the other withdraws
• Feeling reactive or easily triggered in conflict
• Emotional distance or disconnection growing
• Wanting closeness but struggling to repair after conflict
ATTACHMENT & NERVOUS SYSTEM WORK
Much of our work focuses on understanding the emotional and relational patterns that shape how people respond to stress, conflict, and connection.
Attachment and nervous system work explores how earlier relational experiences influence the way we interpret emotions, regulate ourselves, and respond to others.
By slowing down and bringing awareness to these patterns, therapy helps people develop greater emotional steadiness and more secure ways of relating to themselves and the people around them.
