Therapy for Couples, Anxiety, & Life Transitions
Helping Couples Reconnect and Individuals Find Their Way Forward
Relationships aren't meant to feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells, having the same argument, or wondering how you became so disconnected.
Whether you're coming to therapy as a couple or on your own, we'll work together to better understand what's getting in the way of the connection, peace, and confidence you're looking for.
My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe to slow down, be yourself, and begin creating meaningful change.
How I Can Help
I enjoy working with both individuals and couples.
For couples, therapy can help you:
-
Improve communication
-
Navigate conflict in healthier ways
-
Rebuild trust and emotional connection
-
Better understand one another
-
Strengthen your relationship through life's challenges
For individuals, I commonly help with:
-
Anxiety and stress
-
Relationship challenges
-
Life transitions
-
Self-esteem
-
Emotional overwhelm
-
Personal growth
My Approach
My work is grounded in attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), while drawing from other evidence-based approaches to best support your goals. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you feeling stuck, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. Above all, I want therapy to be a place where you feel safe, supported, and understood.
Why I do this work
Therapy has been a deeply formative part of my life, shaping how I understand myself and my relationships. I know how lonely it can be when you are managing a lot of internal noise and stress, but feel like you have to keep it entirely to yourself. But I also know the profound relief that comes when you finally slow down, honoring what you have survived, and begin returning to a more grounded, compassionate, and loving relationship with yourself.
Considering Therapy
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
If you're ready to invest in yourself or your relationship, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we're a good fit.
